He is not charged with a crime in a court of law. I hope this drags out until election day. Instead of a blue wave, the DNC will end up with blue balls.
 
He is getting all the rights he can possibly get. He has a staff of 11 Repubs, who are in charge, who excuse everything he does. They are having a woman ask the questions so the Repubs can pretend it isn't them asking the questions. They are getting only 5 minutes of questioning with no follow ups and no round 2 or 3. Ford took a lie detector, He did not. Brett is getting a Supreme seat, no matter what comes out. Ford is getting norhing, Somehow i don't feel sorry for him. He is getting away with sexual abuse and getting a super powerful seat. they are having no FBI investigation. Obviously repubs are afraid of what they would find.

YES! Kavanaugh is being tried in the kangaroo "COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION" guaranteed to scar him for his lifetime without any hope of due process.

You have made it perfectly apparent that you have no respect for the rule of law, due process or the principal of "innocent until PROVEN guilty." The only thing this kangaroo court circus will create is a lifetime scar, (without evidence), on a man denied due process. It's a public lynching. A man's reputation is destroyed and his family is crucified without cause.
 
A Senate hearing is not an arena of due process, robo. K gets what he deserves.

I bet K did not give due process to the women he attacked.
 
Kavanaugh has admitted NOW, that he often drank too much and did things that he now regrets in high school and college. Not exactly a choir boy after all.

Actually I always thought the blue wave was overhyped.

Now with this Kavanaugh charade by Democrats I think the democrat party is going to get wiped out in November. The GOP will gain 5-7 seats in the Senate and might even get filibuster proof. Of course if they get to 60 thAt is when the cunt Collins switches parties.

I think they could even pick up seats in the House
