Except in this particular case the cry for an FBI investigation is simply a very, very transparent attempt to every honest person that it's simply another "DELAY TACTIC" by low-life Democrats. The hope and agenda of every Democrat is to delay Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation through the midterm elections with the Democrats fondest hope they'll take back the Senate and thereby prevent Trump from ever getting another Judge confirmed for the Supreme Court. Any and every denial of that is purely humorous.

Kavanaugh is not in a criminal prosecution. Kavanaugh is in a confirmation process for a position of great trust and respect, that requires behavior and intelligence way beyond that of the average human.

There is not enough evidence to charge the guy with a crime, I can see that. It does not mean he is innocent or should have the job.

If there's no evidence of a crime, why is he NOT innocent? Why is due process not a national principle for every official decision that's made in America? How does guilty till proven innocent become an American principle in any official lawful American action? Explain please I'm interested. I love to learn something every day.

In the 6th amendment of the Constitution of the United States Of America. To deny that the Senate hearing wasn't a "CRIMINAL TRIAL" is an exercise in partisan denial on steroids. The accusations against Judge Kavanaugh are of a "CRIMINAL" act The Senate of the United States Hearing in that situation evolved in to a "CRIMINAL PROSECUTION" as described by amendment 6. Note the 6th amendment says nothing about "A COURT OF LAW." or "JOB INTERVIEWAS" It says "CRIMINAL PROSECUTIONS."

Perhaps good friend, they keep having those investigations because the Judge was moving up in the world to a higher responsibility job and they needed to make sure the fine judge hadn't become a serial killer in the tween times of the proceeding investigations, huh? For your information kind sir., the 6th investigation came up clean for the job that the judge is seeking NOW.

New evidence has come forward, so now the case will be reopened with limited time and scope.
