Does anybody care about the war in Ukraine?

Which is worse?

Dealing with two countries run by authoritarian psychopaths, or one country run by an authoritarian psychopath?

Not sure what you mean by that. Anyway, I definitely care about the war in Ukraine. I'm hoping that Kyiv sues for peace soon. The longer it waits to do so, the more likely it is that they'll just lose more territory than they already have.

Obviously, the Ukrainians care a great deal about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Putin seems to care a lot too. Eastern Europeans care less than Ukrainians, but do care a great deal. I care. I could go on.

Putin has so far refused to accept anything short of the complete obliteration of Ukraine. The Ukrainians are unwilling to kill their children for peace, so the war continues.

Putin has not had much success, so why is he willing to hold out? He hopes that trump is elected, and betrays the Ukrainians.

If you're Trumpian, you're supposed to be pro-Russian. If you're Democratic, you're supposed to be pro-Ukrainian. As for the actual geopolitical implications, it's in the world's interests if Russia doesn't conquer the Ukraine and reestablish the USSR.
