Does security clearence now violate the cosntitution

Once, security clearance meant one who had been thoroughly vetted to receive Americas secrets. Now, apparently, it means someone that the president thinks says nice words to him. I do not think that the same constitutional arguments still apply - the government has no right to restrict access to information if it merely uses it as a bludgeon to arbitrarily punish its political enemies, without regard to any actual national security issue.
 
Trump has no right to enforce security clearance laws any more, where in the constitution does it say that the president has a right to keep information hidden from his political enemies and purely share it with his political allies? How the hell can you imprison someone for not being a political ally of the president basically? This is a first amendment issue.

Yeah the presidents own interpretation of his powers is always "Yeah pretty much I can do whatever I want any time without regards to constitution or law, only my arbitrary whims matter". That's how they roll. That means jack shit. Stop listening to fake news.

Those security clearances being withdrawn (which is what this really about) seem to be appropriate as far as I can tell. The only reason they carry over is to consult with their replacements and when those people are going around attacking their replacements and using that they still have a clearance is a way to gild their own lily, there is no public purpose in keeping them in the loop or maintaining the clearance. Besides, some poor smuck has to come around and talk to people like me who toy with them to maintain the clearances. I hummm a lot while looking at the sky to search my memory before saying "Not that I ever recall" when they ask of my neighbor stupid shit like, "Have you ever seen someone in Arabic or Middle Eastern attire with diplomatic license plates at their house?"

Anyone who still does not get the similarities between the presidency of Donald Trump with the rise to power of Adolf Hitler in Germany...should not be discussing anything of substance with anyone.

This move to revoke Brennan's security clearance is unconscionable.
