Except, every "shooting rampage" of at least the last ten years has been a BYOG (Bring Your Own Gun) thing. I know I would have tried to stop the Miami police officer that shot the caseworker trying to help his client.
He shot him 3x with an AR-15..3 .223 rounds. Not good.
