So, I read it, nothing implicates Obama himself and it is not a crime to author a report that differs from a previous report.

I intel that Bennan insisted be used was utter garbage The CIA have previously discarded it as unreliable. Brennan overruled CIA annalists that said the shoddy intel could not be supported.
