So if they were protesting the people that live at the house across from the justice's house, it's illegal? Let me see how you weasel your way out of this one.

Good. So she had no right to be there. We're making progress.
Its illegal...
Here we go again.
You expect me to answer your question while you ignore mine.
Is that the new Gestapo rule for all cops? Shoot trespassers on sight?
Many people were trespassing, just like the Stephen Colbert Staffers were the other nite. They had no right to be there either.![]()

You are the one that's lying. She was shot in the back as she climbed through a broken window into a hallway by a Capitol police officer, who ignored his training and federal use-of-force guidelines entirely, and even worse, then fled the scene. If she was such a threat, why did the officer who shot her run away immediately after he shot her rather than stay and deal with his actions and the rest of the crowd?
I have contempt for you traitors.
And, I have contempt for delusional imbeciles who refuse to face reality and facts--like you.
You never post facts. I think your brain imploded.
Then prove anything I said in post #70 wrong with facts.
Babbitt had no right to be in the building.
Doesn't change anything I stated. Trespass is a misdemeanor, not a felony and in any case she was neither an immediate threat or being violent to anyone when shot. That puts the officer in violation of his training and federal use-of-force guidelines he is supposed to follow.
It was not trespass.
