I do not know the specifics of this case but reporters have the right to go EVERYWHERE a crime is being done and they want to report on outside a closed crime scene and a few other exceptions.

I also wasn't aware that going into a church when a service is in progress is a crime. In fact, it's always been my experience that churches WELCOME non-parishioners. Now if the pastor asks them to leave and they refuse, it could be considered trespassing. If a reporter is embedded with the group and covering the action, he/she is merely reporting as is done in all free countries.

Which leads us to the fact that Reichwingers like FatLame are not in favor of freedom of the press, freedom of speech, and apparently not even the 2A right to legally possess and carry a firearm. She's been adamant that Pretti's murder was justified because he had a LEGAL firearm which he was LEGALLY carrying. Even though he was disarmed, face down, when he was executed.

My brother is a Fox acolyte and told me last week that the reason ICE is in these "blue cities" is to get custody of "criminals in the jails" that the Evil Democrats won't turn over. Trump himself said this in an interview with Tom Llamas on NBC yesterday. It's a lie. It's what the Reich is pushing to make them seem legit.

I have seen footage from reporters of mobs pushing their way into "abortion clinics" and harassing both the staff and the patients who showed up at the clinic to receive care.
