So they are filing the cases before they have the evidence?
Courts tend to not like cases without evidence. They usually throw them out and sometimes sanctions the poor lawyer who tried to get ahead of the lack of evidence.

A court filing requires that evidence be presented to the judge in that filing which supports the claim. You compile evidence to support the filing BEFORE you file.
A court filing which presents no evidence supporting the claim isn't going anywhere.

No, it isn't. There is still pending litigation that could alter upcoming events. The State Legislatures have not yet chosen the slates of electors that they wish to send up. The electors themselves have not yet cast their votes.
