Yeah, the old, “love the sinner, hate the sin”, BS, and it is BS. I’ve never seen my faux Christian family members show love to the abortionists or the LBGTQ community. It’s all BS, they condemn the sinners, too.

Without it, revenge would be meaningless.

but Professor Irwin Corey taught us that decades ago,

Who said that I or your Christian family members showed love or had to show love toward sinners? Again, me and mostly likely your Christian family members are hating the sin itself. Condemning a sinner is not necessarily hating the sinner, certainly not in my case.

No doubt that's your mindset, neef, but I disagree. I think love is the most essential since there'd be no human beings without it.

Corey's humor is timeless, but I don't recollect anything he said about hatred. If he did, I'm certain the meaning was opposite of the way you've taken it.
