I'm thawing out a ham I found near the bottom of my deep freezer. We're cleaning it out with an eye to replacing it during the January White Sale...not to be confused with Trump's "White Sale" of the White House.

Not for Thanksgiving, but to slice up and subdivide for breakfast ham. Today I baked bacon then broke it up for a batch of egg muffins. The great thing about being the cook is sampling the bacon. Yummm!
