Right now it's about 6-ish PM. By late summer it's about 8 pm. If you work outdoors, come about late April you start working from about 2 am to 11 am to avoid the heat. Construction and such bring in large outdoor lighting on trailers to allow for that.
A case would likely take years to finish....in Bidens case would never get done...so what would be the point of starting?

Additionally, he was trying to show total expenditures and less on the rate. All NATO allies should be spending the same rate of military expenditures. Poland and other nations shouldn't be faulted for spending less total money simply because their economies so much smaller than the United States.
