There are no facts, second sentence tells you, "new polls are leaving the left awash in cold reality," where upon the author goes about cherry picking a half dozen numbers off of various polls, none of which he cites, and frames them to present the view he was after, pretty obvious from the offset

There were several facts. You simply choose to ignore them. The polls for Trump, as the article stated, have him tied with Obama and Clinton at the same point of their term in office, who both won reelection. Trump will be reelected. Conservatives will have a majority in the House and Senate. I know that just scares you to death. That's why you deny the possibility. You should start getting used to it now. That way, you might actually survive the shock on, election day, that may actually kill some of your liberal friends.
The economy is rolling along, unemployment is at record lows, and blacks are starting to see that the Democrat Party has used them. Election 2018 is going to be good, 2020 even better.
Your wrong, the "polls" is one, "Gallup last month found 37 percent of voters believe Trump should be elected," is his ONLY poll mentioned and which he bases the rest of his "conclusions," and he never cited what Gallup poll no bothered to offer a reference.
The second sentence tells the reader where he is going, it is a framed piece, only a biased reader won't recognize it as such
