Not overtly. There's some indication that he's supporting Russian nationalists in two provinces of Ukraine but there's no massive columns of tanks or such going in... yet...

I suspect this time will be another Crimea. Putin pushes into the two parts of Ukraine with lots of pro-Russia citizens in it and grabs them. Then he stops. He then tells Biden something like Well, I got what I wanted, what can you do about it? How about you just go home and STFU. At the same time he tells the Germans Hey, tell that old fuck in the White House to shut up if you want your natural gas. I'm done in Ukraine, so how 'bout it?
The Germans and other European countries apply pressure on Biden to just drop the issue. Biden looks as weak and feckless as Obama did over Crimea but neither Putin, the Russians, or Europeans give a fuck about that. At home Biden and the Democrats try to spin this into something like We managed to avoid a war here... while basically having fucked away the entire foreign policy position on Ukraine.

Russia gets the territory they want, kicks America to the curb, makes Biden look like the stupid, weak, fuck he is, while the Europeans stay on the sidelines. Then China decides they should get some too and the US gets kicked in the teeth again because Biden is really an indecisive, feckless, moron when it comes to foreign affairs.
