Increasingly landlords by law cant choose who to rent to, they have to take the first"qualified applicant".

I've heard MANY horror stories. I knew a man in Phoenix, Arizona, who owned a couple apartment complexes, as well as the restaurant/bar I frequented for many years. He said the black tenants were the absolute worst. Not ALL black tenants, by any means. He told me many blacks, over the years, were notorious for skipping out on SEVERAL months' rent, as well as completely trashing the places they lived in. From personal experience, my dad and I had an apartment on the ground floor, a black family lived above us. They were often very loud at late hours of the night, and they actually used their vacuum at midnight several times, which HAD to piss off the whole building of apartment tenants. I found out from a neighbor that they skipped out on three months rent when they left. And they completely trashed the place. New carpeting had to be put in, and the whole place had to be re-painted. Just dreadful. So there's MY experience, now go take a nap, you probably need one.

/yawn......nobody gives a fuck what you've heard.......I have rented to thousands of people of all races.......there are horror stories involving people of every race.....for example......fellow rented a house to a guy who wanted a family room in the basement......those annoying posts were in his way so he took them out.......by the time it was discovered, the center of the floor was two inches lower than at the walls.......same guy didn't like the fact the door to the garage opened into the house......he took a circular saw and cut around the door frame......pulled it out, reversed it and nailed a two by four over the cut......by the way, the tenant wasn't black.......

I stopped counting how many evictions I have done for clients when I hit 5000 and that was over a decade ago........in a typical week (when Gretch the Wretch hasn't closed the courts) I will handle over a dozen cases of people who are skipping out on several months rent.......some of them are white, some of them are black, some of them are hispanic, some of them are asian.....for variety sometimes its an asian guy and a hispanic girl living together......you get the idea?......a certain percentage of ALL tenants, regardless of race, skip out on their rent and damage the apartments.....

now go take a nap, you probably need one.
