How can he prove that she said something she did not say? Go back to the beginning where I and several others quoted, verbatim, what she said. She stated that the first 100K deaths were from the initial surge. The 400K+ deaths after THAT were avoidable.

Trump was replaced because of his irresponsible handling of the crisis. First he tried to deny it. Then he tried to downplay it. Then he resisted taking aggressive action to deal with it. I absolutely believe if Trump had taken immediate and aggressive action that many hundreds of thousands of Americans who died because this disease was allowed to spread so rapidly, would still be alive today.

I find that the answer is YES, Trump bears responsibility for many many of those deaths.

Trump was calling out governors by name and state who were doing the lockdowns. He wanted businesses opened. He tried to get the citizens to turn on the govs. He insulted them to try and get them to open up. He did not care if more people got sick and died.

Its a FACT that the US Constitution gives the sole authority to make election laws. Its also a fact the court system changed those laws without consulting the state legislature in several states. That isn't legal according to the US Constitution. That my simple minded friend is not bullshit.

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of choosing Senators.



Note the authority to set the times, places and manner to hold election is NOT given to the courts.
