I'm guessing you don't understand why the Republicans filibustered so much when Obama was president. It was because of the way Harry Reid conducted the Senate. He would not allow any Senator to introduce amendments to bills. Everything was presented as an up or down vote, which is not the way business is normally conducted in the Senate. I wouldn't expect you to know that, though. You seem like a young kid who doesn't really understand politics.
