Ahhh, but it is YOU who is doing EXACTLY what I am pointing out....YOU are NOT asking a logical question. Remember, the video in question showed this joker and his parter wandering around before showing up at the culprits door. There are more than one or two offices in that area/town/city/state. The question is valid...HOW MANY OFFICES DID HE VISIT? Subsequently, did they all engage in illegal advice? If so, why didn't he show them? And if they didn't, why didn't he acknowledge that?
But as the recent arrest shows, this guy is NOT about fair and balanced reporting....he's a little neocon propagandist that would make Karl Rove proud. Well, he's been nailed for commiting a crime right out of Nixon's watergate....and all spin, supposition and conjecture in the world won't change that fact.

1. Your post on this thread prior to our exchanges was just some personal range war BS with other posters. So unless you're using another screen name, there was nothing at length about the subject title from you. In short, you're either confusing another thread here, or you're lying.
2. I agree that I and others incorrectly referred to the charges against O'Keefe, as technically it was a charge of "illegal tampering" and not wiretapping. However, I don't recall all reading in the pagers of the charges being dropped. If you have that story, could you link it? If you can't, then once again it is YOU who is either lying or exaggerating actual events.
3. I am merely requesting a simple burden of proof in #1 and 2. If you can't or refuse to meet this, then please just state so instead of wasting time and space with more dodgy blatherings, childish insults or useless denials, as the chronology of the posts is there for you to prove your claims, or to disprove your claims.
