It had a great run in the 90's and early 2000 and will again when the war is over and the next boom hits.

I don't "get people off". The ONLY people that can do that are jurors. The State presents their case, the defense ours and we let the jury decide. If there is not enough evidence to convict jurors don't vote guilty. Yes I have represented people that have actually committed crimes and the state could not prove their case.

You on the other hand defend people who paint toys with lead paint, and put poisonous chemicals in others. Your ONLY criteria is if they make money. I have no problem with making money, but when you continue to keep money in a company that you know has harmed the consumer (which I don't know that you have done. But just from your attitude I KNOW you would) you are condoning their harming of the consumer. I would never activily participate helping a client CONTINUE to commit a crime. That is the difference between you and me.

I wasn't aware anyone in America even had stocks in the Chinese subcontractors that used lead-tinted paint? The companies were well off the beaten path and probably closed down by now.

and an MBA from the mighty private Loyola which is six more years of college than you have.

I have no guilt. Neither do you because you have no conscience. "Make money" is your only mantra. You never even denied that you would sell one of your kids kidneys if the price is right because you KNOW you would. I am certain the price is very high, but I know that YOU have one. For you everything in the world can be bought and sold and profit is the only guide. Oh you should probably go on line to look up the word conscience BEFORE you try to argue you have one.

Your making money is what this country is all about. It is just most people have a moral code about how they do it. I don't dislike the chinese people, what I dislike is the Chinese business model which would still be letting companies poison kids if the act could NOT be traced back to them. The ONLY reason the Chinese government and industry has done ANYTHING about this is because it CAN be traced back to them. But I know that the chinese have much the same business model as Lee Iacocca when he wrote "let em burm" when he discovered the Pinto burned people when struck from behind. I also KNOW that you applaud that sort of business decision making, because it makes more money that pre-emptively taking care of the problem by recall.

I am so proud of my kids that one of them actually appears in my avatar. But on the positive side you kids are adults so when you pimp them out for money you only have the possibility of facing prostitution charges and not child abuse. Most states that is a misdemeanor so it won't chew into your profit margin to much.
