i post about this because liberal predictions were 100% wrong. All the doom and gloom they prophesied was bullshit. I am also posting about this because liberals are claiming this is to obama's credit, not trumps, and my OP refutes that due to the poll of economists. Seems you missed the point.
1) Conservative predictions about Obama & the stimulus were equally wrong. Didn't seem to bug you as much.
2) We're exactly 1 year into Trump's tenure. I love this economy & hope it continues forever - but it's not exactly a time to be drawing definitive conclusions and crowing like desh on steroids yet.
What was your prediction on the Trump economy in November of 2016?

Your "OP" doesn't refute it, you posted an opinion piece based on a source no one can access, there is no reason to believe it isn't a framed opinion
I don't think I had a specific economic prediction. I did think Trump would be an awful President, and he is. He has divided us and discredited some of our most vital institutions much more quickly and in much more efficient manner than even I envisioned. He has laid waste to sound discourse.
I absolutely think his one-sided tax cut will be a long-term negative for our economy, the deficit, future generations & the country.

Thing's "He has divided us and discredited some of our most vital institutions.." caught my eye,I think we’re on the cusp of an economic boom that will last as long as the Lost Decade we’re coming out of.
Though I didn’t predict anything specific I was very confident the economy would do well under Trump—it was a big reason I voted for him. And I was confident he would restore our standing in the world and not get us into any asinine misadventures—and so far so good on that.
As far as the institutions go, they’ve damaged themselves: the media have outted themselves as partisan hacks, in very large part. Something like 90% of Trump’s coverage is negative. There’s no spinning that number. Just today, I made an OP about the APA being forced to castigate some pysch doctors for unethical behavior; and since the media was more than willing to give them voice, they are equally culpable.
Even before Trump came along, institutions like the IRS have shown themselves to be corrupt on the management level. Same ditto on the FBI.
I’m very happy with my vote, so far.
They sure do have a lot though!China has not been a major buyer since 2008. It is predominantly money coming in from Europe due to the fact that you all have lower interest rates than we do. At least in the countries people trust in Europe such as the UK, Germany etc...
You’re giving me the creeps Grind. Maybe you Trump, Watermark and Krugman should go on a double date.AND WRITE ME A LOVE POEM. SAY IT MOTT. SAY IT.
I only lost under Obama during his first year and that was due to the Bush Recession. After that I averaged 7% ROI under Obama. I know a shit load who lost 30 to 50% under Bush. It's making up for your effective losses of The Obama years.

The stimulus did?
You sure about that math?

Yes, I am quite sure Obama added $10T to the debt. The majority of it due to his 'stimulus' that gave us one of the weakest recoveries in history, yet doubled the debt for future generations to pay.
yeah, instead it simply added $10T to US debt.
