I don't want to take Rush off the air. I love Rush on the air, as one of the leaders of the GOP.

When was Rush elected as leader of the GOP? Perhaps the same time Ed Schultz was elected head of the Dem party?

I think Rush is an entertainer, I think Ed is a solitary psycho alone in the darkness trying desperately to pretend he is an entertainer. Both of them play this kind of game.

However the MJ Fox ad was political, and MJ Fox said he over medicated for effect. Which would make Rush actually right. Freaky.

Red states said it's okay to attack someone's politics, but not their physical problems. And he's defending Rush on this one.

You don't see a small double-standard there?

Rush was not attacking Fox's physical probelms. Fox ADMITTED he was OVER MEDICATED for the ad

Again, there is a difference between attacking somebody for using their physical problems in such a context and simply just direct ad homs.

Did MJ Fox use his physical problems to promote a political ideation?

A better example would be when Rush made fun of the "White House Dog"... But we haven't seen that video in a while.
 
It's not like this is a 1st for Rush; he used to put Robert Reich up on the screen with his head cut off halfway. He constantly attacks people for issues that are far from politics, and much more personal.

You can if you ignore what Mr. Fox said about the ad. Something the left has already done

Rush was right. Mr Fox made sure he made the impression he wanted to make

The MJ Fox ad is not a good example.

MJ Fox himself admitted to be over medicated for the ad for effect.

Again, there are better examples, like the "White House Dog" joke. Play some tape of him saying that prescription drug abusers should go to jail and then one admitting his addiction.

There are things to attack Rush for, the MJ Fox ad, not so much.
