If or when the electricity, gas, and water is turned off and you survive, you have been properly educated. My education started when I caught my first fish alone and trapped my first squirrel. I watched a TV show on PBS that taught me how to use river clay as a sandwich to cook food in a fire.
I'm too old for that now but I can teach youngsters how.

Where I've hunted deer since I was 12, there is a shallow cave, a spring that runs all year round and plenty of game and crops for food.
There is also a rock where you're sitting high above an open, low brush area and can see over 200 yd, not to mention the fields. I'm not worried.
