You know the longer a case goes on the harder it is to get reliable evidence.

What have they been waiting on all this time?

It's the DOJ so they can fast track everything, were they waiting on interviews, analysis of phone calls, DNA results....what has held them up for three years?

I will tell you what they were waiting on, election time.

This is all a political show, they plan on burying Trump in so many charges that he doesn't have time to campaign effectively.

Indicting an ex-President for insurrection has never occurred in the history of the United States.
But I do agree with Congressman Schiff, that the House took the lead and the DOJ lagged behind.

The prosecutors stated the opposite and that now they had proof of Trumps involvement at the top. That is what the court cases proved.
