Electric Cars Exploding from Water Damage after Ian

Poor Reichtards, so terrified of everything new and different. It must suck to go through life fearing change.
Cars have evolved from model T cars. They have become safer and better. Today's EV are just model T cars and need to improve. Batteries in the under pan that can flood with salt water is a flaw.

Fire officials are advising anyone with an EV in the garage or on their property to move it as quickly as possible because of the danger of explosion... and often no way to put it out... they just have to let them burn... obviously this can cause considerable other damage to property around it

I see that you are an idiot for taking the reports at face value. BTW they WARNED about it, but there is no proof it happened.

The batteries on EV's are mounted in the bottom of the chassis. Exposure to wet conditions causes corrosion and easily starts a fire. This has happened to most any EV that suffers this kind of damage. Obviously, you are unaware of the nature of how these cars are built.

This sort of corrosion can occur in any wet condition reaching the battery pack. Cargo ships have been lost at sea because of this. Happens in the snow too. EV's do NOT take flood damage well at all.
It is no surprise to me at all that EV's are catching fire after exposure to floodwaters from hurricane Ian.
