In part, I blame the Democrats who passed laws protecting people from themselves. In the past, stupid people naturally removed themselves from the gene pool by doing fatal or cataclysmic stupid shit. Now, with mandatory seatbelt laws, helmet laws and other such protections, these same dumbasses are growing up to breed and make more dumbasses. 1/6 is one of the results.
