I wouldn't tell someone who doesn't know much about the markets to buy a miner.
When would he sell, the S&P 500 averages 11% if he's in for the long haul he has saftey.
 
No you claim to be a high school graduate who has great computer skills and are a land barron. And that's makes you qualified to stear a novie into mining stocks. that's could be one of the riskier groups.

I'm practicing for my yearend turning over a new leaf, minimize juvinille jokes. Too many people getting offended by what I consider razzzing. I know I'll fall off the wagon cause most posters slam a razz when their first debating point doesn't stick.
You are hugely successfull, further proof that a fancy degree is not required. I bet you worked hard and like what you were doing and have to be pretty smart to handle the technobble.
