This isn't about "release" I was talking about the prosecution of the single most wanted person from the left at the time. You even today still say he's "in the files" and insist that he is prosecutable. They had four years to find one thing to prosecute him on in those files and came up empty, instead they had Letitia James stretch the law over expired statutes. We know they wanted to prosecute him, they tried myriad times, but they didn't find one thing in those files to prosecute and not even one person.

With them being incapable of finding one thing to prosecute anyone at all on, and the current group saying the same thing... well, I am surprised I am saying it, but it is very likely that there is no actionable evidence of anything that anyone can prosecute anybody on in the files.
