The problem is Epstein is the highest-profile prisoner the prison ever had. You know the prison should have been extra careful protecting him. There was no way they would not be pounded if something went wrong. They took him off suicide watch. They did not give him a roommate like is normally done. They provided him with everything he needed to kill himself short of a weapon. He was not watched on short intervals like should have been done.
You would have expected the warden to double the guards and make sure he survived.
