Kirk thought the government paying for unmarried moms when the father was not in the home was a horrible mistake. He thought that it lead to the destruction of the Black family. He disagreed strongly with men getting a woman pregnant then leaving her. THAT IS WHY CHARLIE DID NOT LIKE THE 1964 CIVIL RIGHTS ACT.

Kirk like some of the thing MLK wanted like not being judged by the color of his skin you by his character. But the problem is while MLK preached that we should have good moral character he himself was a hypocrite and cheated on him wife. Plus MLK held himself out to be a preacher of God but did not believe in the divinity of Christ. I suspect Charlie didn't like that either.

Personally I think MLK was a very flawed man that helped end racism. And that is a good thing. I suspect Charlie would agree.

No and I have heard Kirk say that part was fine. He disliked the fact that the loosely written civil rights act lead to the destruction of the Black family. But you are welcome to do your own research and listen to his own campus student debates. The topic comes up pretty frequently.

I am not "happy" with anyone being shot, but I do think it was 'worth it' seeing Charlie shot, instead of someone who was not a gun lobby shill.

If all gun deaths could be limited to people like Charlie that would be a good thing and they would say 'it is worth it'.

I watched the interview tonight. She is a very strong woman. Maybe I was too harsh in judging her. Such an experience would have broken me and I would have had PTSD, but everyone is not me.
