Keeping your streak of being wrong alive. Romney was trying to fix healthcare. He used a plan created by the right-wing Heritage Foundation. It was right-wing Republican all the way, all the time. The ACA is not the same, but elements of it were adopted because Obama could not get the votes to fix it properly. He figured get a new system and improve it over and over until it was much better. It was a start. Many elements of it are still in place.
I do not recall saying Romney was brilliant. It is probably because I didn't.

Romney wasn't using the Heritage Foundation plan. Neither was Obama. You have no read their plan,obviously.
Romney is a liar, and a chameleon. He is also a a liberal. His health care plan was an oligarchy, the exact opposite of what the Heritage Foundation is talking about.
