Trump assumes the power to change the deal any time he wants or feels like doing it. It is fair to assume the EU recognizes that right for themselves. Trump has taken international deals and turned them into nothing of significance. When he unilaterally walked out of the Iran nuke deal, he showed what respect he has for international law and agreements. NONE, just like our laws.
Anyone can make a deal with Trump and do what he does, ignore it or change it on a whim.

Procter & Gamble, the maker of several household staples including Tide detergent and Charmin toilet paper, is hiking prices because of President Donald Trump’s tariffs.
The company revealed in Tuesday’s earnings call that its profits will take a $1 billion hit because of tariffs, a larger cost the company originally projected in June. As a result, P&G will increase prices on about 25% of its products, going into effect next month.

YEP SO much winning. The big 3 automakers all losing over a billion dollars apiece ,And raising prices and laying off people, P&G losing over a Billion dollars, Trucking companies losing money cutting back and some going Bankrupt, Farmers cutting back and some going bankrupt.Stock up now..
I am sure all the people that are effected by these cuts and lay offs are really loving all this " winning ".
