- Sworn Testimony: In a November 2016 deposition unsealed as part of the "Epstein document dump," Giuffre explicitly stated regarding Donald Trump: "I don't think Donald Trump participated in anything".
- No Personal Witness: When asked in that same deposition if she had ever been in the presence of both Trump and Epstein, she replied "No," adding that she did not recall ever seeing Trump at Epstein's homes or on his island.
- "Gentleman" Description: Similar to Giuffre's accounts, convicted co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell told the Justice Department that in the times she was with him, Trump "acted as a gentleman" and was not observed engaging in inappropriate behavior.
- Mar-a-Lago Context: Giuffre did state that she met Trump at Mar-a-Lago, where her father worked, and that Trump "couldn't have been friendlier," recalling a time he asked her if she babysat when she was 16 or 17. She clarified that accusations of him flirting with her, which appeared in early media reports, were inaccurate.
