Exit poll data...

He is selective about the Constitution, his stance on Islamic immigration for example completely ignores the 1st Amendment.

His position on anchor babies completely ignores the Constitution.

He does not actually understand wholesale parts of the Constitution.

The first Amendment says nothing about immigration. You should read it again

14th amendment, son.....passed to make freed slaves citizens having unintended consequences in the 21st Century......it would have to be amended to stop anchor babies.....

however, you are correct in pointing out that the Italian trial lawyer from Florida has cited the 1st amendment, which is irrelevant to this issue.......unless he is claiming the US has passed a law prohibiting someone from speaking about what country they are coming from.......

Rubio finished fifth. This is beautiful. :)

Cruz in a distant third place. The end of their careers. :D

Republicans are in disarray. Now is the time of opportunity.

wow sanders curb stomped hillary.

You can't really make much out of it, Iowa was one of the best states for Sanders and New Hampshire is like his best (besides Vermont of course). The question is whether he can build momentum out of this. If he remains far behind in all the other states then Hillary is going to snatch the victory.

The establishment seemed to be teaming up behind Rubio hard after his overhyped 3rd place finish in Iowa. Now he's in fifth and Kasich is second, and Kasich is suddenly going to get a lot of establishment attention. This keeps the establishment divided against itself and in disarray.

I get frustrated by those who don't understand the difference between a conservative and a reactionary. Trump is essentially a conservative. Regardless of what he says he'd preserve the status quo. Cruz, is in no way shape or form a conservative. He is a reactionary and you being slightly to the left of Attila the Hun doesn't make one a liberal.

Cruz is stupid and naive. He goes around blaring wildly "Kill the terrorists!" but is opposed to the drone strike program (apparently because Obama operates it). Teddy Roosevelt said to "Speak softly and carry a big stick", Cruz's philosophy is apparently to run around screaming like an idiot while being totally defenseless.

You lie and pretend I called it the democrat party.

your not smart penis receptacle

smart people don't make up lies that make them look stupid

You did call it the democrat party the other day. Two of us quoted you for it and mocked you for your hypocrisy.

Why would you say that finishing third in New Hampshire is the end of Cruz's career? He was anticipated to finish around 5th in New Hampshire and beat out Jeb Bush who spent millions. He over performed basically. If he wins South Carolina or atleast finishes in a close second then he is still very much in it especially with Super Tuesday favoring him in many of those states.

He probably could have been a bit more elegant in the presentation of his islamic immigration proposal, but at least you know where he stands, and would you be more comfortable if he had just rattled off a list of islamic countries?

What was the purpose of the 14th amendment? Wasn't part of it to ensure the citizenship of children born to slaves? So if there is no more slavery, who is this protecting? And what of the illegals who come here with the specific INTENT to bear children here so as to secure citizenship? At the very least, this situation warrants review and clarification(as I'm sure there are parts of the Constitution you don't particularly agree with)

I really think that you have the two reversed in my opinion. Trump is not a conservative.

Without the 14th amendment rightists like you could revoke people's citizenship and subject undesirable ethnicities to slavery (as you no doubt require to do).
