Experts on Climate Change Assessment: ‘Every Conclusion of This Latest Government Report Is False’

The federal government’s Fourth National Climate Assessment, released on Friday, has gained praise from leftists and left-wing environmental groups as a dire warning of the coming death and destruction in the United States if we don’t stop global warming.

But critics of the report, including scientists, have slammed it as “exaggeration,” bad science and even said its conclusions are “false.”

“This latest climate report is just more of the same – except for even greater exaggeration, worse science, and added interference in the political process by unelected, self-serving bureaucrats,” Tim Huelskamp, president of the Heartland Institute said in statements released by the free-market think tank following the report’s release.

“With a new volume out in December, The Heartland Institute has published 4,000 pages of the Climate Change Reconsidered series by the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change (NIPCC), Huelskamp said. “Those reports cite many hundreds of peer-reviewed scientific papers that show how every conclusion of this latest government report [is] false.”

Climate change is the silliest issue ever. Of course climates change. At least global warming can be tested but how do you test for climate change.?

No matter what happens - hotter colder wetter or drier, the change gang says "we told you".

First off, the report was issued by the Trump Administration, work of thirteen Federal Departments headed by Trump appointees, the right wing media coverage and Trump himself seem to overlook this fact, it is his report

Second, the Heartland Institute is a recognized denier "think tank," also famous previously for issuing "studies" defending the Tobacco Industry. The IPOCC is a creation of the Heartland Institute, and Tim Huelskamp, leader of Heartland, is a prior Congressman from Kansas whose biggest campaign contributor by far was Koch Industries. In other words, the "experts" your article uses as sources are questionable when it comes to credibility

And lastly, "Brierfart," for real?

Anyone with a brain knows it is FAKE news. ;)

Man caused climate change is almost as silly as Russian Collusion or wage equality. But then, when it comes to moronic narratives, that is all the Democratic Party of the Jackass offers.

So now you agree with Trump?

Does Scott Adams get funded by the Koch Brothers to promote a political agenda as well?

I have consistently maintained that I am a skeptic as far as the A in AGW being a significant driver of climate change; that the models are absolutely horrible both conceptually and in practice; that the real world data we have is extraordinarily limited; and that a hell of a lot more research should be done. I also have maintained consistently that pollution is bad for people; that our resources are finite; that techno-optimism is a cult; and that market-based solutions over generations are the only thing that will make an evolutionary difference in human activity. Lastly, I also maintain that the Heartland Institute is rather dodgy.

Who in the fuck argues that pollution is good or that resources are not finite? Got something else besides strawmen?

One can always go dig up what the FF industry knew back in the 1980s. Or one could simply declare that dodgy as well. Either way, the entire thing has become political in the US which means there can be no political solution as far as the people are concerned. It's in the lap of the corporate state now.

Planet earths life support systems?

I know, it does not compute with eurocentrics, they will plunder and extract themselves into having to move on like they always do. Where will you people go now? No "new" world to genocide your way onto after you foul where you are this time.

The French Fry Industry back in the 80's knew that lard was better than vegetable oil for deep frying and the democrats ruined that too.

You act like it, america acts like pollution is good and resources should be privatized. Perhaps he was talking about how our/your actions do not parallel what is "argued". I'm going to hazard a guess you do not want to see that conversation had, so you attempted this dodge.

Or it that what you wished to get at?

More bullshit, it does not have the endorsement of this admin, why do you lie? The report is vol 2 of the original issued in 2017. It is Obama era science designed to scare the shit out of gullible fools like you. Even the IPCC says that RCP 8.5 is not longer valid bit I doubt you even know what I'm talking about, do you?
