My part of the air space would be above my property. The government administers it. They do not actually "patrol" it. The way you watch air space is with radar.

No, the government administers the air space with radar. Air rights are usually unsellable, especially because above a certain height, they are fully under the control of the government. If you can sell them, go for it.

There are buildings in NYC built on air rights above the railroad, but you are not in NYC.

Would you want to buy some more air space? The government didn't do such a good job controlling my air space. They (the dementia patient) allowed a Chinese spy balloon to pass right through my air space as it recorded where our nuclear power plants and military installations are :mad:

If it were valuable. The low airspace above some urban areas is valuable. But I doubt your airspace is valuable.

Yes, trump did allow several Chinese spy balloons to pass right through. Biden shot down the spy balloon they sent when he was President.

What do plane crashes have to do with Chinese spy balloons invading my air space?

Biden didn't shoot it down until it gathered all the info it needed by passing across the whole country first.

"After the Biden administration disclosed last week that a suspected Chinese spy balloon was hovering over Montana, the Pentagon said that similar balloon incidents had occurred during the Trump administration. In response, former Trump administration Defense Secretary Mark Esper told CNN on Friday that he was “surprised” by that statement.


“I don’t ever recall somebody coming into my office or reading anything that the Chinese had a surveillance balloon above the United States,” he said.


Former President Donald Trump also said on Truth Social this week that reports of Chinese balloons transiting the US during his administration were “fake disinformation.”


John Bolton, a former national security adviser under Trump, also pushed back on the assertion that balloons surveilled the US during the former president’s tenure, asking, “Did the Biden administration invent a time machine? What is the basis of this new detection?”
