It's part of the rule. Read it, learn it, love it. I get that you don't like it, but nobody here thinks you said what he put there and that is the purpose of that rule.

1. This is baseless hype ... yet you fell for it because it was slamming Trump. You'll believe anything if it's interwoven with Trump-slamming.
2. You still don't know what fascism is. You still think that it is the word that automatically wins you the argument.
3. There are things more fascist than shutting down a radio station, all done by the DNC, and will be done by the United States if we elect Kamala.

I must state my protest of using the 'magic word' to get out of quote altering problems.
Dutch is well known for abusing quotes and changing meanings of quotes. The purpose of rule 16 was to shut that sort of shit down.

This is abusing the quoting system.

I have no problem with cutting out extraneous stuff in quotes as long as the meaning is not changed.
I do think that allowing magic words and phrases to get out of abusing the quoting system is not a good idea.

You can make that argument with France, but with Austria, the Austrians were made German citizens. They got higher spending to bring their military and social spending up to German standards, and they got tax discounts to help with the transition to German taxes. Germany expired before the tax discounts expired.

Even after the war, they were not required to pay like the Germans were.
