Actually, I believe Fauci just barely falls short of the upper 1%. The dividing line is the upper 1% makes $420k in 2020, while Fauci only made $418k.
Individuals are not members of the WHO. Countries are members of the WHO. Individuals could be employees of the WHO, but Fauci is not an employee of the WHO.
