Deluxe Beef Stroganoff is my favorite and I double up on the beef bits or hamburger.

Potato Stroganoff...no contest.

Wife made that last night. It was very good. I also like the cheesy hashbrowns. Mix the ground beef with some sausage and put some fried eggs on the top.........good stuff.
