With Republicans, it's a political calculation.

But they'll still vote in lock step for typical Republican issues. Sadly, the entire party is voting against some issues that are either traditionally R issues, or issues that would benefit their own state. Prescription drug prices being one. You would expect them to vote against any form of taxation, no matter if billionaires are getting away with murder.
