i'm n ot up on the news yet..weekend work..warants might be different then an arrest -they probably are.
I'm going to wait tillI get chance to research it.

I don't think getting a warrant is any problem,even if its needed. it's a side issue

Ya. the warrant thing is a red herring..HOW DID THE EMAILS GET THERE? (if Abedin claims they weren't thru her?)

maybe she's seeing she's the next Clinton body to be discarded on her relentless pogrom to the white house?

I'm bad about scannning articles without thinking to link them lol. If she's not lawyerd up she better be thinking about it because Hillary will gladly sacrifice her to save her own skin.

I'm going to try to catch up as infomercial sales are just awful today ( end of the month and people are broke on their debit cards).
It's all the pundits and the "analysts" running around with 1/2 baked uninformed opinions trying to preach their gospel..

another Clinton casualty..lol. she ought to stack the bodies up like firewood...

"Government lawyers haven’t yet approached Abedin’s lawyers to seek an agreement to conduct the search. Sources earlier told CNN that those discussions had begun, but the law enforcement officials now say they have not.

Either way, government lawyers plan to seek a search warrant from a judge to conduct the search of the computer, the law enforcement officials said.

The issue is complicated because the computer is considered to belong to Anthony Weiner, her estranged husband, and the case may raise spousal privilege legal protections for Abedin...

The new search warrant is needed because the existing authorization, covered by a subpoena, related only to the ongoing investigation of Weiner, who is accused of having sexually explicit communications with an underage girl.

Because they don’t have a warrant specific to Abedin’s emails, officials have not been able to further examine them. Justice Department and FBI officials view Abedin as cooperative with the investigation.

we don't. it one of those supposed walls between POTUS and the AG ( DoJ) -however we saw rank politization under Holder.
At least on paper he didn't. And if you look at the risk/reward if it ever,ever came out -it would blow up his legacy
