Well, it is Common Dreams, about as radical Left as you can get.
I notice that Ms. Conley's article omits several crucial facts and overstates others.
First, judging from all the video, and there's a lot of it, there were dozens of protesters, not "hundreds" as Ms. Conley claims and there was never a "crowd" of them present.
She omits that the farm operation was illegally growing marijuana and that they were using child labor. So, you had illegal immigrant farm workers working on an illegal (eg., criminal) drug growing operation.
She omits that one of the protesters fired a pistol at the ICE agents and that others physically attacked them and their vehicles with rocks, and handheld improvised weapons. All of those actions are serious, violent, felonies.
She omits that being a Representative does not automatically entitle you to participate in federal law enforcement operations nor does it allow you to interfere with them. Claiming you are conducting "Oversight" doesn't cut it particularly when what you really intend is to interfere.
On the whole, it's about what I would expect from a site sympathetic to, and even supportive of, criminal aliens illegally in the United States engaged in criminal activity.
