Federal Court Smacks Down Social Media Platform Censorship

What the fuck does that even mean? You don't even know.

Nah. It's YOU that doesn't even know.

It's really quite obvious he's talking about the people that run companies like Facebook, Twitter, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple.
Of course, they really aren't 'Overlords' at all. They are just people that run companies that have been successful. If you don't like one, no one has to use their products.

Tired of YouTube? Use Rumble or Bitchute.
Tired of Twitter? Use Gab.
Tired of Windows? Use Linux or Mac.
Tired of Apple? Use Linux.

These guys are not monopolies.
Indeed, the only way a monopoly can exist is with government help (fascism).

You are less than useless.

Only to you, because I attack you and your position.

No domestic terrorism took place on Jan 6th of 2020 in Washington DC.
Domestic terrorism DID take place in American cities across the nation when Democrat funded and supported violent factions began burning, looting, assaulting, vandalizing, and sometimes even killing. Antifa, BLM, and the KKK are all violent factions. ALL are funded and supported by Democrats.

It is still happening.

I attack you and your position because YOU support Democrats, and you support The Oligarchy. You discard the Constitution of the United States and all State constitutions.

"Federal Judge Andrew S. Oldham of the Fifth Circuit said the platforms argued for “a rather odd inversion of the First Amendment” that “buried somewhere in the person’s enumerated right to free speech lies a corporation’s unenumerated right to muzzle speech.”

“Today we reject the idea that corporations have a freewheeling First Amendment right to censor what people say,” Judge Oldham continued.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton responded, “I just secured a MASSIVE VICTORY for the Constitution & Free Speech in fed court: #BigTech CANNOT censor the political voices of ANY Texan!”
