I think some do feel it's "lawfare" as they call it. I think most know trump's dirty, but they're more excited about liberals being sad than the good of the country.

Also, no the German citizens were not at fault. Their leadership was, just like the Republicans are now.

Yep. You’re correct. It’s all about fucking with the liberals. That’s all that matters to them. Not ideology. Not any political platform. If it pisses off a liberal, they don’t care about the Constitution or any harm it does to this country and world.

I have to disagree. Those people voluntarily handed over their fundamental capacity to think for themselves. It was a voluntary and moral failure. Those are today’s MAGATS.

Although the leaders set things in motion, it was the baker, the accountant, the store owner that turned in their neighbors. That did the killing.

Once Hitler had control of the military, unless you were in the military, not much you could do except join an underground or be killed. It's what trump's trying to do now - or rather his thugs supporting him since trump's losing his mind right now - is to have the miitary in the streets at polling stations in Democratic areas "helping ICE". What they'll really be doing is trying to intimidate and hassle their political enemies.

It's pretty clear that's where he's headed!

I hope so. I really do.

I hope they appeal and fight as i do not want Halligan and the DoJ getting off this easily. I want this thrown out again in pre trial motions but for the more serious errors that could lead to a contempt or even criminal contempt finding against Halligan and the DoJ and maybe Bondi, herself.

So you're saying that these are appropriate charges, by an incompetent prosecutor.

Halligan, who had no experience as a prosecutor, sought the indictment after Trump, in a social media post, called on Attorney General Pam Bondi to act "NOW!!!" to prosecute Comey, James and Rep. Adam Schiff.
