Federal troops kill a man because he carried a concealed gun.

If you are a sworn prosecutor, and the laws are different everywhere, in Florida, except for capital crimes, all that was required was my signature.

If you want to talk about criminal law we can. What these men did was wrong.
You know exactly jack and shit about law in FL.
FL cops just about anywhere would have mag-dumped this Pretti dude 3x apiece.
Even in Palm Beach County, boy. Definitely there, too.
FL law does not play. It's not a good idea to fuck with LEOs in FL.

Graham v. Connor, 490 U.S. 386 (1989), is a landmark Supreme Court case establishing that all law enforcement use-of-force claims must be analyzed under the Fourth Amendment's "objective reasonableness" standard. It ruled that, regardless of an officer's intent, actions are judged by whether they were reasonable based on the situation, without using hindsight.
Now do what happened after Hank Earl Carr. :rolleyes2:
It's not even a law, all LEOs training changed.

It was a chaotic take down with multiple hands fist flying everywhere the shooter probably saw the gun and saw a hand reaching for the gun then the shooter fired in a fraction of a second. Perhaps the shooter confused whose hand was whose. It is always better to comply with law enforcement and fight them in court and not on the street.

At the end of the day they want to go home to their families.

Yeah, if that was the story they wanted to go with, they should have started with it. Their first story was nothing but lies. Why exactly should we believe this story?

100% true.
Don't fight the popo, that's extra charges and they'll kick your ass.
I saw them stomp this one dude, right in the middle of the main drag and I hauled ass and got the fuck outta there.
Never ran so far in life before or since.
I got away, and they were hunting for me, and spent the night at this ol' girl's house, and saw the dude they stomped the next day.
It was bad, he had a heelprint around his eye socket and a broken arm. That's when I learned not to fight the police.
You will not win.

Pretti violently assaulted them while armed with a loaded firearm.

FTFY.

Yep. Pretti = Darwin award winner.

Irrelevant. He tried to draw it.

... so the firearm didn't belong to anyone else.

FTFY.

Agreed.

Given the stupidity and gullibility of leftists, the next Darwin award winner should be occurring any moment now.

The bolded is an outright lie. Watch the videos.

He bought something to drink minutes before with the credit cards in his wallet. Just saying.
He had zero ID on him he'd didn't have his DL or his CC permit with him. He had no business caring a gun. Just saying. I don't have to present an ID to buy a drink. Do you even know for a fact he didn't use cash?

What is striking about these ICE agents is they are mostly estranged from their families. Even those who are not are far from them, and will not go home to them at the end of the day.
Walt you are full of shit you have ZERO idea if the agents are estranged from their families or not.

Remember when Prez Obama visited phoenix AZ and the tea crackas showed up open carrying handguns and long guns at his outdoor speech

PHOENIX -- About a dozen people carrying guns, including one with a military-style rifle, milled among protesters outside the convention center where President Barack Obama was giving a speech yesterday -- the latest incident in which protesters have openly displayed firearms near the president.

Gun-rights advocates say they're exercising their constitutional right to bear arms and protest, while those who argue for more gun control say it could be a disaster waiting to happen.

This is utter nonsense. You could file an "information" for a non-capital offense, but you are trying to say the man was murdered, and you are in Florida, this would not apply and you would never be able to charge that without a Grand Jury.

And pretending that an Information wouldn't require you to meet the elements of the crime is beyond irresponsible. No ethical prosecutor even in Florida would charge crimes without evidence that meets the elements of the crime.

Seriously... this is disturbing. If you were a prosecutor and regularly just "signed" Informations just because you felt good about things you were not just a bad prosecutor, you were acting extremely unethically.
