Federal Troops killed a man with a gun?????....America's law enforcement community has murdered countless black men over less. It is foolish and rather sad, that white people think they're immune from violence when it comes to the law. BLM protesters had Trump send the US military on their ass when they were peacefully protesting near the WH his first term. They were gassed and could have been slaughtered had any of them did anything near what these white fools are doing. ICE agents are untrained, trigger happy creatures with criminal backgrounds, with the full backings of the WH, the courts and Homeland Security. You have to be out of your fuckin mind fuckin with these damn people, yo. Getting all up in they face, blocking streets, I mean these fuckin white lunatic are brave as fuck, but dumb as hell. I'm so damn glad black people are sitting this shit out, the carnage with us would be unmeasurable.

That mob was not chanting that, and you know it. Miles away you can find a video of like 15 people who did. However, being at the front of a mob, even one not chanting that, climbing through a window with like 60 Congresscritters and an unknown number of civilians inside is a recipe for getting shot.

In video showed Wednesday at Trump's second impeachment trial, rioters chanted "Hang Mike Pence!" and "Bring out Pence!" as they roamed the halls searching for the former vice president and other lawmakers. Outside, the mob set up a makeshift gallows on the field near the Capitol.

Video shows that is not true.

From what I am hearing they remove the gun, someone says that there was a round chambered and while grabbing it they fired, which set off other stuff. However, almost everyone so far tells me that someone shouted "gun" after the gun was stripped... Once that shout goes out several of the agents draw then we know the result...

If just having a weapon is enough, then everyone in a car can be shot on sight... right?

I'm not defending the guy, I do not know what happened. I just want folks to understand the law there, just as ICE should. I do not know if this one would be found to be justified, unfortunately.
