wow, you really are stupid. or at least for someone who says they are close to law enforcement, you show an absolute ignorance to law enforcement policy and procedure.

the taser is considered a 'less lethal' weapon. Not a 'less than lethal' weapon, because people have died from being tased. Because this guy didn't die, does not mean the taser isn't lethal.

also, in order to completely understand just what a police officer is and does, with full permission from the state, you have to understand that an order (lawful or unlawful) comes with the explicit threat of lethal force. This is because criminal law procedures for police to follow mandate that a police officer can use any reasonable force to effect an arrest. This includes lethal force.

and no, i would not rant and rave. not that my claim is going to change your preconceived notions.

You would still rant and rave; because that's what you live for.

By your "reasoning", handcuffs are a lethal force; because people have died while handcuffed.
There are probably documented cases of a person dying, while being pulled over for a traffic violation; so all contact between the public and the Police should cease, because it appears that everything is lethal.
 
This is why I lose interest after a half dozen pages. What the fuck happened to all the real americans? I have I hard time believing that STY and myself are the only two people on this site that know what the fuck being an american is all about. And 3-D. Sorry if I missed anyone else.

because that would be a mis-statement.......what I really believe is that you should not be permitted to carry a weapon under any circumstances, that the guy in the OP video was an asshole, and that I enjoyed seeing him tazed........
