It shouldn't be necessary should it? Hopefully,
someday soon, it won't be... I don't think anyone ever regrets a decision like that....Because it's the right thing to do...

Yep. One good thing about this forum is that it keeps their hate here instead of being directed at ppl in real life. The more time they spend here stroking each other and feeding each other's bigotry, the less time they're out harming others.

Its more complicated than satisfaction in being right, of passing the test, of measuring up.... but that is a lot of it.

There is also being in a better place with better people after, and that often the fear of losing what we have or are driving for is worse than actually losing it.....fear is huge....fear is what is used to keep people in line following our instructions.

For me one other good thing about the forum is the insight it provides which I hadn't much experienced before into the mentality of Trump World. It's both disturbing and reassuring how reliably dumb it is.

There have been lots of reports of MAGA morons begging Trump not to take away their Medicaid, their food stamps, their government jobs. So they obviously rely on programs liberals invented, but it must be their grievance and resentment fueling their devotion to their tangerine Messiah.

Have some read the link to you, dear. While I agree on the inequities of women who physically compete against an opponent who has effectively been on steroids since they were 12, rules is rules.

"USA Fencing said it enacted its current transgender and non-binary athlete policy in 2023. The organization added that Turner's disqualifcation only applies to the March 30 tournament.

“We understand that the conversation on equity and inclusion pertaining to transgender participation in sport is evolving," the statement said. "USA Fencing will always err on the side of inclusion, and we’re committed to amending the policy as more relevant evidence-based research emerges, or as policy changes take effect in the wider Olympic & Paralympic movement.""

While their bigotry will probably never change since they are morons, I expect their favorability of Trump will change when they see they are effectively, if not literally, poorer over the next year.
