That aside, what makes it a "homicide?" That the guy has bullet holes in him? A homicide is not a method of killing someone, it is a crime of intent and thought. So, unless this medical examiner is psychic, he's got nothing here. He's a political hack that is saying idiotic stuff.

Medical Examiners ALWAYS make the call on whether it is a homicide or accidental death or other and every time they say 'homicide" by your view they must ALL be psychic to make a call on that intent and thought.

That is not how it works Terry and NEVER HAS. Every day Medical Examiners make that call and are NOT representing themselves as psychic when they do.
