He declared a loss to pay less taxes. Smart business sense. As long as it was legal, I don't give a shit. I blame the inept and stupid tax system that allows businesses to do circumvent.

In other words, don't hate the player hate the game.

Hillary on the other hand, is a not a businessperson. She is supposed to be an honest govt official, but is so corrupt, we don't know where one scandal/pay to play/lie/pay off/bribe ends and the other begins.

The issue isn't the tax rate that billionaires pay. We need to see Trump's returns (actually, we don't) in order to verify his claims re. being a 'hugely successful' businessman.

I understand that without his returns, the evidence is circumstantial, but c'mon, the evidence is OVERWHELMINGLY there that he is a "hugely successful businessman". And if you think about it, this might not be a real good thing for HRC. Something I have always wondered about is why the big corps go for her. They evidently contribute to her overwhelmingly. Why? She demonizes them at every turn and she wants to RAISE their taxes, not to mention she's got that pit bull Warren to regulate them to death. My theory is that those contributions are blackmail so she does everything she can to maintain the status quo. And if all goes according to her plan, she blames the status quo on the GOP and evil corporations. If Trump wins, the evil corporations get a serious enough tax cut to be competitive again and not have to hide their hard-earned money offshore. Win-Win for them.

Then a tax return would prove everyone wrong. Even The Donald admits that he 'used the laws of this country' (that's 'declared bankruptcy' to the rest of us) 4 times...even though it was 6. And he was 'forgiven' almost $1 billion in personal debt...making it unnecessary for him to declare personal 'use of the laws of this country'.

Corporate tax cuts do nothing for them to 'be competitive'. Who are they competing with? Tax cuts typically mean higher CEO pay, and higher dividends.

American companies don't offshore jobs because of taxes. They do it because of cheap labor, and no enviro. regulations. If we did away with corporate taxes, these companies would still manufacture overseas.
