First Public Lynching? Cop charged with MURDER!?

Officer Garrett Rolfe is being charged with FELONY MURDER, for shooting Rayshard Brooks.

Rayshard brooks fought with 2 officers, spiking one on his head causing a concussion, before grabbing his taser. He tried to shoot the officer with his own taser so the officer shot him.

WHERE IS THE FELONY MURDER?

For a felony murder charge, you have to be in commission of a felony and then commit a murder.

This DA is a complete moron!

This officer could face the DEATH PENALTY! So is this the first of many public cop lynchings by the Left wing mob? It would appear so.

Cops are no longer allowed to even defend themselves. Cops will be leaving in DROVES! It is already happening in Atlanta and soon to follow in many other big cities.

That is just the DA charge. It is obvious he is doing this for political reasons. Any decent lawyer will get this dropped.

Likely won't even get passed the grand jury.

But the idea that DA's are even going to attempt this, sets a dangerous precedent.
 
The Moron DA is in a primary runoff he is in 2nd place and he is under criminal investigation for sexual assault. He needs a big name case to get votes for himself. There is no way these charges stick.

It certainly does. That particular DA is facing a runoff election, corruption charges, etc. He will do anything to take the spotlight off him right now.

The Super Woke want to be rid of laws, they want to set up committees to decide on a case by case basis who to go pick up, and how hard to club them. Normally Utopia Builders also go after the families of those who refuse to conform to the demands of UTOPIA, so we should see that too.

Silliness
You try to make light of the matter and it is very obviously a problem. I’m sure police will also be happy not home deal with some issues, like mentally ill people or someone over dosing on drugs. There is nothing wrong with revamping police duties. It will benefit everyone. My uncle hated responding to domestic violence calls, if officers trained for such call could be dispatched it would save the police time to investigate other crimes.
